Working description

The working sheetmetal is hold between clamping and lower beam. For safety reason, the beam lowers first to 15 mm, then, with the second input from the pedal switch, it clamps the sheet.

The folding beam, supported on bulky coupling-hinges, will then turn to the programmed angle and back.

After this process, the clamping beam opens and the automatic backgauge (see variant) shifts the sheetmetal to the next folding position. The process will be repeated till the required profile is completed.

Simple control

Folding angle is easily set by means of a potentiometer; the machine is then ready to start. Very suitable for small workshop with small production runs.

Touch-100

Touch-200

Control with touch-screen LCD display for machines equipped with the back gauge. Suitable for companies with a demand for larger production.

Touch-500

4-axis graphic control for beginner and advanced operator.

After switching on the machine, soon on the large touch-screen appears the manual mode. It is then very easy to operate, it does not need any programming knowledge nor training.

The delivery of Touch-500 includes a library of pre-programmed profiles, this guaranties a higher productivity.

A working process can be interrupted at any time and restarted even the day afterwards.
